Mia Rose Holdings will build a development with 84 apartments across two buildings at 1911 Valley Park Road, land that includes unincorporated St. Louis County and the City of Valley Park. Grasse will design and install the fire sprinkler system.

Dierbergs Markets is set to break ground on a brand-new 73,072 square-foot grocery store near Highway 370 and New Town Boulevard in the northeast portion of the City of St. Charles. Grasse is selected for this significant milestone for residents who have long awaited a full-service grocery option in their neighborhood to provide plumbing engineering and installation.
Dierbergs Markets breaks ground on its 28th grocery store—anchoring the larger Market at Olive redevelopment in University City—Grasse & Associates is honored to be the lead plumbing engineering and installation team supporting this major project. The new 75,000 sq ft store, expected to open in 2026, will anchor a 47-acre mixed-use development with retail, restaurant, and service spaces along Olive Boulevard.

Clayco celebrates the grand opening of Delmar DivINe—the transformation of the historic St. Luke’s Hospital into a vibrant mixed‑use campus in St. Louis’s West End—Grasse & Associates is proud to serve as the lead site utilities contractor on the project. Grasse & Associates is proud to part of the Clay Piping Systems team developing St. Louis Zoo WildCare Park, a safari park and conservation center expected to open to the public in 2027. The development of WildCare park is estimated to cost $230 million funded through multiple sources, including philanthropy, external financing proceeds, which includes Zoo and Saint Louis Zoo Association cash reserves and tax revenue generated by Prop Z passed by St. Louis County voters in 2018.
