A.Eilers Construction has been contracted for the renovation and repair of The Monarch on MLK facility, Grasse & Associates will provide plumbing systems in preparation for tenancy of the 150,000-square-foot industrial building at 3940 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive in North St. Louis, along with 29 surrounding vacant parcels. Once redeveloped, the 15.39-acre site will transform into an innovative transit-accessible workforce and training campus for manufacturing and other high-paying, in-demand careers.

Part of the $111 million Prop S Bond for the Pattonville RII School District will go to add a new black box/multi use space for Pattonville High School. SM Wilson has again selected Grasse & Associates to supply the plumbing system for the addition. The Black Box will provide a Flexible multi-use performance area, dedicated dressing rooms, scene shop for building props and sets, and a freight elevator for equipment transport.

Grasse & Associates is partnering with DeLuca Plumbing in providing plumbing system to the new Affton Music & Arts Center. This summer, Affton High School is undergoing a major renovation designed to enhance accessibility and improve learning environments for students and staff. The project includes remodeling existing main-level restrooms, adding two new second-floor restrooms, renovating the school’s art studios, and installing a new elevator to provide easier access throughout the building. These upgrades will modernize the facility while creating a more functional and inclusive space for the school community

Carmelite Monastery of St. Joseph in Clayton proceeds with improvements on their campus and has selected BSI Constructors as their general contractor. Grasse & Associates will be providing plumbing, site utility work and fire sprinklers to the building addition, new shed, and site work.

Mia Rose Holdings is developing The Preston at City Center and has named Keystone Construction as general contractor. Keystone has selected Grasse & Associates to provide the sprinkler system for the development. The apartment complex is set for 216 units, with half slated as one-bedroom apartments and half as two- and three-bedroom apartments

Gasse & Associates have been selected by MBG Midas Building Group to provide the fire sprinkler system for Wildwood Luxury Apartments in downtown Wildwood. The four-story, mid-rise building will take up around 215,000 square feet and have studio style, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, with many that have private balconies. Some of the facilities planned are a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, rooftop terrace, and green space for walking and biking.

Green House Venture breaks ground on a $4.7 million agriculture learning center that will provide grades 4–8 with hands-on experiences in bioscience, dietetics, and urban agriculture. Bush Construction selected Grasse as partner to provide fire sprinkler design and installation.

Dierbergs Markets breaks ground on its 28th grocery store—anchoring the larger Market at Olive redevelopment in University City—Grasse & Associates is honored to be the lead plumbing engineering and installation team supporting this major project. The new 75,000 sq ft store, expected to open in 2026, will anchor a 47-acre mixed-use development with retail, restaurant, and service spaces along Olive Boulevard.

Grasse & Associates is proud to part of the Clay Piping Systems team developing St. Louis Zoo WildCare Park, a safari park and conservation center expected to open to the public in 2027. The development of WildCare park is estimated to cost $230 million funded through multiple sources, including philanthropy, external financing proceeds, which includes Zoo and Saint Louis Zoo Association cash reserves and tax revenue generated by Prop Z passed by St. Louis County voters in 2018.
