Grasse & Associates is building on the success of three generations of the Grasse name that is synonymous with the construction industry in St. Louis since 1920. Grasse & Associates incorporated in 1992 as a full-service Plumbing, Fire Protection and Site Utility Contractor to complement their growing niche as a full-service mechanical contractor serving the St. Louis area construction.
Grasse & Associates has plumbing licenses, drainlayer licenses, and sprinkler contractor licenses for all municipalities in the St. Louis Area, including St. Charles, Franklin, and Jefferson counties.
We self-perform all our work with an in-house team. We are also engaged with the St. Louis construction industry. We partner and subcontract when there is an economic value, a diversity desire, or other such benefit to the project.
Construction services vary from project to project may include design/build, plan and specification, and consulting for all plumbing, site utilities and fire protection. Grasse also provides testing and repairing for all types of backflow prevention devices. In addition, Grasse maintains 24/7 emergency services for its client base.
