Grasse & Associates works with many different types of clients covering a wide range of projects. We adhere to industry safety guidelines on all construction projects.

Design/Build Construction
Many of our projects start at the conceptual phase. After several meetings with the owner/end user, we create the preliminary design and budgets. When the preliminary design and budgets are parallel, we complete the design for permitting. We specialize in prefabrication to reduce time constraints. During the construction phase we make further refinements as necessary. Construction starts early on without problems all the way through to early completion.
Our engineering department utilizes the software driven by the client and/or project – Revit, AutoCAD, HydraCAD for Revit, BIM, Spectra, Trimble, etc.
Plan & Specification Construction
Open market competitive bidding of pre-designed engineered systems. In addition to design/build projects, we work with top Architects, Engineers and General Contractors in the St. Louis Area.
T&M Gross Maximum Price
Many of our clients prefer a shared risk type of contract in which the client takes a role in risk management, and we minimize our margins.
Quality Work
Grasse & Associates will not sacrifice quality on a project to maintain schedule or cost control. All selected personnel, from management and design professional associates through our field craft personnel, achieve expected quality levels on every project, while identifying and executing techniques to maintain cost and schedule.
During the early phases of design and construction, understanding and agreement to quality expectations are determined. We encourage continual communication with our clients, which result in project quality and satisfaction.
The value of a contract includes many intangible items in addition to cost. We will review the sometime overlooked owner’s needs such as product standardization for future maintenance, flexible access for sewer cleaning and maintenance, accurate as-built drawings, to list a few. Grasse & Associates will address the plumbing and fire system to meet the buildings overall needs, such as flexible utilities for future tenants, the current needs of existing tenants, and the more permanent building overall needs.

Domestic, fire and combination water mains for building and public distribution needs. We are a Missouri American Water Company certified contractor for large and small service lines.
Site Sewers
Storm and sanitary mains and laterals for building and public drainage and wastewater needs.

Grasse & Associates is a recipient of past safety awards. Associations give safety awards for being under 100% below industry standards for fatalities and recordable incident rates.
Our Experience Modification Rate has been consistently under .76 for many years.
